North Oxford

An arts and crafts north Oxford house had a dark compartmentalised kitchen and inadequate utility space. This was opened up to form a large kitchen with an open plan oak framed conservatory with folding doors giving onto the rear garden and a generous patio. A new side extension was built to form an enlarged utility room with a back door for family boots/coats and a boiler space.
