A long running battle with planners after an unsuccessful appeal achieved a limited extension to this Jericho conservation area semi-detached 4 storey house to provide a ground floor bathroom and a basement dining room extension to an open plan basement kitchen. The house was fully upgraded with internal insulation to external walls and double glazed replacement sashes but the client sadly could not afford the installation cost of an air source heat pump
