A client decided to replace her garage on a detached plot with an outbuilding that she could use as an annexe or a rental unit. A structural insulated panel system was chosen for speed of erection and insulation value. This was clad and fitted out by a builder. The end result was attractive one bedroom rental with access to its own garden space. The exterior had a Scandinavian flavour to reflect the owner’s roots.
